The Steam Workshop is now usable on the beta branch!
That means you can now upload levelpacks from within the game to the Steam Workshop to share with your friends! To subscribe to levelpacks, use the default Steam UI (this may change in the future).
There are 15 total levels on the beta branch, in the folders

multi_commands
