Small tweak to AI search parameters and other fixes.
- Fixed being able to clip into the staircase wall on Syn Suburbia
- Fixed being able to jump on the servers in Syn Suburbia.
- Tweaked AI to search more aggressively for player if they are close.
- Fixed bug with AI vision being blocked by their own meshes.
- Tweaked ai parameters for movement.
- Tweaked player crouch height.
