Hey everyone!
We’re excited to share that Shadow of Ancients’ first playable demo is now available on Steam! This version is an early slice of the game that showcases our core combat, exploration, and puzzle systems.
Your feedback means everything to us. We’ll be collecting your thoughts and reports throughout the week to shape the next updates.
We’re already working on our first patch, planned for next week, which will address some known issues — especially a few combat and animation bugs that some players might notice.
Known Issues in the Current Demo:
Close-up face appearing during loading screens
Mouse disappearance on some menus
Late loading of certain UI elements
Falling through the ground after the final boss fight
This is just the beginning, and we’re thrilled to take these first steps with all of you.
Thank you for playing, sharing your impressions, and helping us make Shadow of Ancients better with every update!
