- Added new vigilante: Ray Case
- Added new encounter: Too Many Questions
- Added voiceovers for Ray Case, Elena Furey, and Emilia De Soto
- Added 4 new perks: Eye for Weakness, Deep Cut, Concussive Blow, Solar Plexus Strike
- Added 3 new status effects: Concussed, Bleeding, Winded
- Improved appearance of perk screen
