alpha v.8fa Coop fixes

-Fixed objects "moving from a distance" when placed the other player.
-Improve sled movement synchronization/reduced lag
-The other player no longer "flies up" when getting on the sled or kayak.
-The other player's kayak no longer spawns below the water surface.
