Hey everyone,
We're participating on Steam Party-Based RPG Fest!
At the heart of Tales of Eldoria is a four-character party built around distinct combat roles, elemental interactions, and abilities designed to complement one another rather than overlap.
I'd like to take this opportunity to go around the members you'll spend your time with. Every party member has access to two elements, with each one expanding their role in a different direction.
🔥⚡ Liora — Fire & Lightning
Liora is the party's main damage dealer. Fire gives her powerful attacks capable of leaving enemies Burned, while Lightning introduces a more disruptive side to her kit through effects such as Paralysis and reduced Agility.
Abilities like Spark Surge let her trade pure aggression for the chance to lock an enemy down, while her strongest Fire attacks are built around heavy burst damage.
✨🌑 Elysia — Light & Shadow
Elysia begins as the party's support specialist, using Light magic to heal, protect, strengthen her allies, and of course, deal some damage of her own. Since there's no light without casting a shadow, her Shadow abilities allow her to manipulate enemies and deal significant damage, often at a cost.
Hybrid Pulse, for example, unleashes one of her strongest attacks but temporarily seals Elysia's own magic afterward.
🌊❄️ Thalia — Water & Ice
Thalia controls the pace of battle. Water gives her flexible offensive and support options, while Ice focuses heavily on disabling enemies.
She can Freeze opponents, reduce their options, or even temporarily seal their magic. She may not always land the biggest hit, but a well-timed ability can prevent the enemy from getting theirs.
🪨🌬️ Borin — Earth & Wind
Borin is the party's frontline protector, but being a tank doesn't mean standing still and absorbing damage. Earth gives him powerful defensive tools and heavy attacks, while Wind adds disruption, counters, and battlefield control.
Abilities such as Cyclone Armor allow him to reflect incoming magic while rebuilding the Special Points he needs for his defensive techniques, letting him actively control dangerous encounters.

Together, the four characters are designed around a simple idea: every turn should make you think about who is best equipped to solve the problem in front of you.
Combat revolves around understanding enemy weaknesses, managing Mana (for main element) and Special Points (for secondary element), applying status effects, and deciding when to commit your strongest abilities.
But the party's journey extends beyond combat.
The Arcadia Dungeons are filled with puzzles, hidden paths, crafting materials, optional areas, and resources whose use can affect how you progress through later floors. Between battles, you'll gather materials, craft equipment and consumables, discover new enemies for the Monster Book, and uncover more of the mystery behind a world that has lived without sunlight for a hundred years.
What begins as a simple trip into the forest quickly becomes a journey through the forgotten depths of Arcadia, where the history everyone knows may not be the whole truth.
If you enjoy classic turn-based JRPGs, distinct party members, tactical combat, dungeon exploration, and character-driven stories, you can find Tales of Eldoria in Steam Party-Based RPG Fest this week.
Wishlist it on Steam and follow the game for future updates.

See you soon in Arcadia!
