TLDR = If you haven't yet upgraded to MODO indie 901 for $29.99 or the bundle for $37.99, please do so before the end of the day on October 31st as the loyalty discount will cease to exist!
We wanted the Loyalty discount to be a permanent signature on your account or at least be around a lot longer then a month and a half, but Valve said it can't be done since it affects other system events that they have coming up in the future.
Initially the Loyalty discount was good until October 24th. Valve was only able to extend it though to till the end of October for us, so this is something to think about if you haven't yet moved forward with the upgrade to either your perpetual license of MODO indie or the MODO/MARI indie bundle.
