Here is a small update to improve game stability.

• Fixed a rare crash that occurred when Coven admirals were researching anomalies.

• Fixed an issue that triggered an error when the game attempted to display tooltips for active directives in the Sector Management menu.

• Improved overall stability when handling visual effects.
