Celestial Body Map

You can now check your spacecraft's orbit on a map of the celestial body.
Open it with the MAP button on the spacecraft control panel. You can also show it inside the control panel by switching the display with the MFD SELECTOR button.
The map shows your upcoming ground track and current position. A closed orbit is drawn for one revolution, and a trajectory leaving the sphere of influence is drawn until it exits; the track fades the further ahead it goes.
The map shows the body whose sphere of influence your spacecraft is in. Enter the Moon's sphere of influence and you get a map of the Moon.
The day/night boundary is shown, with the night side shaded.
Improvements
Translated text that had been left in English on the Mission Control screens for contracts, organization, object management, game settings and launch preparation. The English wording was revised at the same time, and mistranslations in the contract screens were fixed.
Time acceleration no longer drops back to 1x when a spacecraft other than the selected one crosses a sphere-of-influence boundary.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the guide in the lower left staying on screen after failing the lunar landing scenario.
