Greetings, Survivors!
We know it’s been a while since our last update—our last post was during Christmas. The reason? We’ve been completely immersed in intensive development, working hard to bring the best experience possible to Robinson Crusoe. Thank you for your patience!
Gameplay Enhancements
AI Overhaul
Enemies now react more intelligently to sound and movement.
Sneaking is more challenging—enemies will search the area when alerted.
Once spotted, they will rush at you immediately!
Historical Firearms
We’re introducing muskets and pistols with historically accurate animations.
Firearms aren’t just for combat—you can also use them to intimidate enemies!
UI & Inventory Revamp
Based on your feedback, we’re overhauling the inventory, game map, and menus.
The new system will improve player communication with the game’s AI.
Story & Immersion
We’re working hard on Chapter 1, focusing on immersion and authentic storytelling.
From the shipwreck to first contact with a savage civilization, we’re staying faithful to the book while adding new twists.
To improve cinematic sequences, we’re using an Xsens MoCap suit, one of the best motion capture systems available.
Technical Optimization
We’re fine-tuning game performance to balance visual quality and smooth gameplay.
Code optimizations & world design adjustments will ensure your system isn’t under unnecessary strain.
What’s Next?
We’re continuing to refine these features and will share more updates soon! Thank you for your patience while we focused on development. Let us know what you think in the comments!
