Re did the menus, including the ability to upgrade a stat/skill to all buildings of the same type, and reducing unnecessary text and confusion from the previous ones.
The new menus now have grey checkboxes buttons to select the stat/skill to be upgraded, and then at the bottom you can choose to apply it for the selected building (the '+' button), or to apply that upgrade to all other buildings of the same type (the 'All' button).
For example I select a house -> select the skill 'University' -> click 'All', the upgrade will be applied to all houses available.
The menus will probably be updated/changed again later but this is a step in the right direction!
