Why were they afraid of that place?
In TV shows, novels, movies, and games, the Abyss is often depicted as the deep sea, the depths underground, or hell.
We wanted to portray the Abyss as it is described in the Bible, literally.
Abyss is literally called a bottomless pit.

- It is such a terrifying space that even demons and evil spirits don’t want to go there.
- It's a different space from the sheol, and it's deeper than the sheol.
- In the end times, Lucifer is said to be locked up there.
This place is on a different dimension from what we normally imagine.
When we consider terms like "bottom" or "down below," we imagine it as a place of endless falling.
It is a space where you could fall without end.
That place is filled with darkness, a silent and desolate space with no sound, and endless suffering.
That is the Abyss.
