Greetings, Lords and Ladies.
This is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad team.
First and foremost, we want to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who’s joined us for the official launch of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and excitement as we begin this new journey together.
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a smooth experience, we want to address an issue that recently came to our attention. It appears that a number of players who did not purchase the Founder's Pack DLC may have noticed it appearing in their in-game mailbox. We understand this might have caused a bit of confusion, especially since the items weren’t actually claimable.
If you happened to be one of the players who saw the Founder's Pack in your mailbox, please note that we will be removing the Founder's Packs in question from your mailbox soon.
We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for your understanding. Please see the details below:
☑️ Who this applies to:
🔹Accounts that received Founder's Packs in their mailbox without a purchase.
☑️ Reclamation Period:
🔹All packs will be removed sequentially starting May 22, 12:45 AM (PT)
❗ Additional Notes
🔹The items in question will be automatically reclaimed from your mailbox. During this brief process, you may possibly be disconnected from the game.
We understand that even minor hiccups can impact your gaming experience, and for that, we genuinely apologize. Please know that we are dedicated to constantly improving and delivering the best possible service for all our players.
Thank you once again for your understanding and continued support. We truly appreciate you being a part of the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad community!
