One of the most common questions we get is:
“Why does clicking in this game drop skins?” 🤔
We built Catwifhat around a simple idea — clicking should actually matter.
In this free-to-play idle clicker, every click has a chance to drop items 🎁 — including ultra-rare skins with odds as low as 1 in 1,500,000 per click.

But here’s the important part 🐱
Drops depend on which cat you currently have equipped.
Cats are the core system of Catwifhat.
Each cat unlocks different drop pools, items, and possibilities — meaning you can’t get the best items without first getting the right cats.
To obtain new cats, you can:
receive a guaranteed cat every 3 hours ⏳
open boxes using Lockpicks 🎁
earn them during limited-time events 🎉
You can actively click (up to 10 CPS), or leave the game running AFK for hours — or even days — and see how your equipped cat affects what drops.

Many players treat the game like a small experiment 🧪: What happens if I leave it running for 24 hours with this cat equipped?
We believe this might be the first Steam game where clicking directly drops skins, instead of just currency or progress.
The game has been live for over a year and is actively updated with new systems, events, and long-term progression.
If you enjoy idle games, strange experiments, or just leaving games running in the background 🐱 — welcome.
