🛠️ May Patch – Continued — Improvements to Multiplayer Connection

This patch marks an important step in the May update cycle, with several targeted improvements to make the co-op experience in Emergency Exit smoother. Step by step, I’m getting closer to version 1.0.9.

🔁 Automatic Reconnection After a Game Over
•When a game over occurs, both players are now automatically reconnected to the session, without returning to the main menu.
•There's no need to reselect the level, resend a code, or wait for the second player to reconnect manually — everything is relaunched seamlessly.

🚪 Secure Connection and Immediate Return
If a player tries to join a session before the host is ready, or enters an invalid code:

•the attempt is cleanly interrupted,
•and the player is sent straight back to the connection screen.

This prevents cases where someone could end up alone in a hostless session, with no way to continue.

🔧 What’s next? Until the end of May, I’ll focus exclusively on minor updates: small graphical improvements, bug fixes, and various tweaks.
