The direction of Bounty Off Road for 2026!

Bounty Off Road did not find it's footing as a throwback early 2000's game, but I've not given up on it. For months I've been thinking about what direction to move forward and I've decided that for 2026 it will be converted into a competitive Off Roading game, similar to Bounty Drag Racing.

I will throw out the stuff that didn't work as well as it could've (Extremely large open worlds) but keep the stuff that works well in the current version (Game Progression with money, Weather, Functioning Low/High Beams, Diff Lock, Fuel, Car Damage both visual and part wise, Cars getting dirty, Customization).

I will bring in a much more realistic tuning system, closer to Bounty Drag Racing

The new maps will be much smaller in size, more focused, closer to Off-Road Parks than just open wilderness. This will allow for much more detailed maps with more carefully crafted trails and hill climbs, and also allow for better game performance for everyone.

After this redesign of the game, it will release out of Early Access as a full game!
