Reporting a bug

The quickest fixes come from reports with the run attached. Here's how:

1. Send it from the game if you can

Pause (Esc) and press Feedback. "Include this run" is already ticked, so your titan, gear, relics and seed go with it. Describe what happened and press Send.

There is also the Feedback button on the main menu which also lets you include your previous run.

2. If the game crashed

The crash message tells you where it saved crash_log.txt. Attach that file (or paste its contents) - it says exactly where the game fell over.

3. Want to include screenshots or videos or the run log then

You can also turn on Run log for feedback in Settings. It saves a line per zone (gear, relics, damage taken, what killed you) to run_log.csv next to your save. Nothing is sent anywhere so include it in your email to us.
