We are now on track to launch the early access for *Sorcerer's Servant* within March!
Initially, we were hoping for a February release, but since this is our first time launching on Steam, we've encountered a few unexpected challenges. As soon as the remaining concerns are resolved, we will proceed with the early access launch.
### Remaining Concerns:
1. The game is mistakenly labeled as not supporting Japanese, despite being a Japanese-made game.
2. Pricing.
Regarding (1):
We originally thought, *"Menus look cooler in English, so let's make everything in English!"* However, we went too far, and Steam flagged the game as "not available in Japanese." To fix this, we’ve decided to partially localize the menus into Japanese.
Today, we implemented the language-switching feature and added the necessary data. We'll begin testing tomorrow and expect to complete this within the week. Before launching early access, we’ll make sure the store no longer incorrectly displays "Japanese not supported."
Regarding (2):
We've seen the questions about pricing in the discussion threads and appreciate your interest! We're currently aiming for around $9, but since Steam allows for detailed pricing adjustments, we're taking some time to finalize the best option. Once we've made a decision, we'll update the store accordingly. Thanks for your patience!
If everything goes smoothly, we should be able to launch early access in the early part of March. Stay tuned, and thank you for your support!
