Demo Update: Party System & Hard Mode Now Live!

Demo Update – Party System & Hard Mode

This demo update introduces party play, Hard Mode, and balance & shop economy adjustments.

Party System (Steam Friend Invite)

  • Steam friend–based party invites are now supported.

  • Play together in 2–3 player co-op.

  • Enemies become slightly stronger with more players, but cooperating with friends is generally easier than playing solo.

  • During party play, you can use mini chat for quick communication (e.g. OK / NO / Wait).

Co-op Revival Rules & Life System

During boss fights, a fallen player can be revived once by a surviving teammate.

  • Even if you die, you will be revived automatically if your teammates defeat the boss, with no life penalty.

  • If a party member loses all 3 lives, they will be automatically returned to the Link Room.

  • A spectator mode is planned for a future update.

Hard Mode

  • Hard Mode is available to everyone immediately.

  • However, due to its difficulty, we recommend clearing Easy Mode first.

  • Playing Easy Mode with friends to learn patterns before attempting Hard Mode is highly recommended (for your mental health).

Balance & Shop Economy Updates

  • Character and weapon balance has been adjusted.

  • Shop prices have been rebalanced.

  • Base character prices have been adjusted so that all players can unlock the remaining two characters with reasonable playtime.

Steam Deck Support

Steam Deck support has been added in this update.
The demo is now optimized for comfortable play in handheld environments.

Coming Next

A Friends PVP Mode is planned for the next update.
Until then, enjoy the newly updated co-op and Hard Mode experience!
