Hellooo space scouts 🪐👾
spring is finally here 🌸 I don’t know about you but I’ve definitely noticed an increase in productivity just from being woken up by the sun every day 👀☀️
So here’s the progress for march working on Vacunauts:
We continued work on our onboarding so now it’s way more spread out and easy to follow
To further aid the teaching of our mechanics, we added tool tips showing controls available (depending on which controller you’re using or if you’re using mouse and keyboard)
We’re currently designing a new upgrades-system and more satisfying progression so you and your team can get stronger and stronger as the game goes on
Our new levels are going through a glow up right now so they’ll not just be fun to play but also look pretty 💅
And lastly, our 3D artist is working hard on adding all the different slime models to the game. I think they’re adorable:
We added a lot of quality of life improvements, like skipping empty tank slots when cycling through abilities
Bugfixing was high on the list this month in preparation for external testings
Many improvements and additions were made to the UI, but there is still loads more to do
Come meet us and get a change to play Vacunauts at Xperion in Hamburg on the 9th of April!
We updated our trailer on steam! Go check it out if you want 🧡🧡
Thanks for reading! Bye for now 👋
