Hi space scouts 🪐👾
another month of hard work has passed 💪
This is some of what we did in february for Vacunauts:
A whole new planet with many new levels is in the works with a fresh aesthetic and a unique game mechanic
We now have a fully functional character selection menu where you can choose between our animal scouts and even see what you’re teammates have selected
We reworked our level structure and even added some mini-game-levels to better teach you our mechanics
For no particularly useful reason we now have sheep in our game!! You can absorb and throw them! And they’re cute! That’s it 🐑
We finally fixed offline multiplayer so Vacunauts is now playable on- and offline again
Camera sequences and dialogue-instructions can now work together and can trigger events
Clearing levels now properly unlocks new maps and upgrades
We reworked slime spawning so now slimes only respawn when a player has used it up completely instead of respawning instantly after being absorbed
That’s it for february! Hope to see you next month ☺️
