Your animals now choose who they become
The headline. Every tower on the pasture used to walk one road from birth to retirement. Not any more.
At level 4, each animal stops, looks you in the eye, and asks what it wants to be when it grows up. Three paths open — three genuinely different animals, not three sizes of the same one. Timbo the artillery cow. Stormy Emily, who stops being a horse and starts being weather. Stunning Shawn, whose spotted stare leaves insects standing still and reconsidering their choices.
Pick with care: the choice is permanent, and it sticks with that animal through all 16 levels of its life. The same cow on two different plots can grow into two completely different problems for the swarm. A well-chosen pasture now beats a well-funded one.
Tell your towers who to bite
Your animals used to eat whatever wandered closest and call it strategy.
Now every single tower carries its own target priority, set on its own panel: Closest, Furthest, Most HP, Least HP. Park the heavy hitters on Most HP to crack the tanks. Let the fast little ones mop up Least HP so nothing limps past. And Furthest now means what it always should have — the leader of the pack, the one about to reach your barn — rather than whichever bug happened to be standing far away.
Every tower, individually, remembered per animal. Your farm finally has a battle plan instead of a feeding frenzy.
Under the hood, the farm got a lot lighter
CPU optimization has been thoroughly improved. no unnecsary calls, more effiency, less heat during these hot summerdays.
And the game no longer freezes on the way into a match — the farm now streams in behind a proper loading screen instead of locking up and pretending it's fine.
A serious UI overhaul
A real loading screen. Progress bar, spinner, and Timmy leaning in with actual useful advice while the fields grow in behind him — ten tips, shuffled, in every supported language.
Menu's also have a changed layout - shops, leaderboard, you name it. A bit different, a bit cleaner.
