Every expedition tells a different story

Thanks to procedural generation, each run offers a different distribution of rooms, events, enemies, and rewards. Even if you return to the same planet, the experience will never feel exactly the same.

You can find special events, optional routes, unique challenges, and rewards that can completely change the flow of your run.

Much more than new scenery

Each planet has its own identity, with exclusive mechanics, different enemies, and challenges designed to test your skill.

But they also hide secrets.

From hidden rooms to unexpected encounters, or fragments of Polo’s story, there is always a reason to step away from the main path and see what lies beyond.

Exploration also changes your build

Exploration is not only about discovering new places.

It can also lead you to special modules, rare abilities, and hidden synergies capable of completely transforming the way you play.

One decision, one detour, or one secret room can become the start of a brand new combination.

And that is what makes every run feel different.

Rebuild Polo’s past

The universe of Cat Astrophy holds many mysteries.

As you explore, you will uncover memories, conversations, and small details that help reveal what really happened after Polo’s mysterious abduction and the origin of the Cat Astrophy.

The more you explore, the closer you get to the full truth.

And what do you love discovering most while exploring?

When you play a roguelite or an exploration game, what do you most enjoy discovering?

Secret rooms, rare items, lore pieces, or unexpected events?
