Since launch, I've been playing through Psycho start to finish, logging every issue I could find. This
patch fixes 81 bugs.
The biggest complaints in reviews were about the killer freezing, getting stuck, wrong behavior,
catching you through walls. That's been fully overhauled. The AI now searches properly, chases correctly,
and reacts the way it should. The horror works the way it was meant to.
What else is fixed:
Save system — continue now loads at the right point
Items no longer fall underground or disappear after discarding
Interactions, UI icons, and subtitles across all loops
Lighting issues and scene transition bugs
Sound effects that were missing or misplaced
Performance improvements throughout
If you refunded or left a negative review because the game felt broken — I'd ask you to give it one more
shot. The experience is meaningfully different now. If it's better, updating your review helps more than
you'd think.
More fixes coming. Thanks for sticking around.
