Changes:
- Added "Fewer Particles" option in the Video menu. This reduces the frequency of most particle effects by about half.
- Adjusted frequency of several particle effects.
- Changed color of inhibit regions from yellow to orange.
- Fixed bug that caused the sound effect when multiple boost modules are destroyed simultaneously to be louder than intended.
