1. Fixed an issue where setting the volume to 0 would cause problems when minimizing the game window

2. Fixed a crash when switching to the Settings menu from the Store or Pause screen and then going back

3. Fixed inconsistent rotation speed on SpikeArmor, which now correctly scales with attack speed

4. Fixed a crash when swapping tank positions
