Quality of Life Update

These improvements make gameplay smoother, give more options, and improve some issues with the game.

Gameplay improvements

Players can now press and hold in any direction to continuously move
Sliding on ice is now faster
Bouncing on jump pads is now faster
Pressing and holding to swap between levels is much faster
Added a "reset all" option at the end of the game to fully reset progress
Added a button that toggles between fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, and windowed
Adjusted the layout and look of the challenge mode UI to look less intimidating when unearned
Added a custom mouse cursor
