The driver contract system has been completely reworked to let you have more control.
You can now negotiate various contract terms with a driver, including objective, duration and bonuses.
The way you renew a contract is by directly negotiating a new one with your driver. You can also counteract offers by setting more attractive terms.
I plan to do something similar with designer contracts in a future update.
Other improvements:
Saved games are now listed from most recent to oldest.
Fixed some bugs.
