Failure Correction
- A dot was created after drawing a line with a pen tablet has been fixed.
- Copying a blank layer created a layer filled in white at pasting it to canvas has been fixed.
- Changing the bitmap brush size with Ctrl+Alt+Drag forced a small brush size at first has been fixed.
