Failure Correction

The rectangular selection error that selected 1 pixel smaller area by dragging a cursor has been fixed.
The rectangular fill error that filled 1 pixel smaller area by dragging a cursor has been fixed.
An extra space that was created between two windows when docking them at the top and the bottom has been eliminated.
A drawing location error that shifted an actual drawing location outside the screen while using the Snap to grids function has been fixed.
A reference window display error in a high resolution display environment has been fixed.
An error that a dotted line remained after deselecting an area during the event replay has been fixed.
Slowing the processing speed after copying an image to clipboard has been fixed.
An error of Layer Mask being generated during the layer transformation has been fixed.
