The original game as well as the demo was not released in the intentional state. So, the demo was rebuilt to not only better match the content of the full game rebuild better but also to act as a sort of preview of what's to come. Many of the original demo's bugs have been fixed and the story has been realigned; it will now include the full prelude level that will be included in the full rebuilt game.
With the game being rebuilt from the ground up you can expect the game to be in a more intentional state than before by a substantial margin. The game engine itself has also been updated which adds an extra layer of quality to the overall project.
As for the demo you can expect more accuracy to what the full game will be like as well as a more proper experience that makes the previous demo less than obsolete.
Complete controller support and a remade save system are only the beginning for this game. I will make it my mission to make sure the story behind this game is told properly and with the time the game deserved back then. Better late than never, for those still here I plan to give you a experience like no other with this game.
The game meant a lot to me and I will make sure that is seen instead of neglected.
