I hope using Unreal Engine 5.5 won't cause any issues. I'm encountering serious lighting problems, and optimizing the game is quite challenging. The biggest issue is that I used to use general lighting for illumination in version 5.2, and there were no problems there. Now, if I use general lighting and Lumen is not enabled, everything turns grayish. In the first image, you can see the grayish areas with Lumen turned off. If there's no lighting, everything becomes gray. Anyway, I think I'll stop using general lighting for now and switch to normal lighting (at least for the time being, as general lighting was good for FPS, but normal lighting enhances the atmosphere of the game). Apart from that, I want to take a bit more time in the development process to add more beautiful elements. What do you think the name of the game should be? Alpha Rooms, Alpha Layers, or Layers? Feel free to suggest different ideas in the comments.

Poor Lighting, Bad FPS.

Good Lighting, Better FPS.
