Hello,
The survey regarding the game pack feature has concluded.
The winner of the Steam gift card is hun*******. An email has been sent to the winner, so please check your inbox.
The survey results show that most participants responded positively to the game pack feature. However, a common piece of feedback highlighted that its UX is unclear, and we plan to address this in the next update.
As for the in-game difficulty balance, opinions were divided between making it easier, keeping it as it is, and making it harder. We will consider alternative solutions for this matter.
Below is the update schedule based on the survey feedback.
The next update is scheduled for December 22, 2024, and it will include the following features:
1. Game Pack UX Improvements
We aim to simplify the selection process to reduce decision fatigue:
Each game pack will include 60 tools and 30 traits.
The total number of game packs will be reduced to 3–5 options.
Additionally, a "Custom Game Pack" feature will be introduced, allowing players to choose specific tools and traits to include in their game.
Players will also be able to save their custom configurations for future use.
2. New "Prophecy" Tools/Traits
A new "Prophecy" mechanic will be introduced, where players can declare a dice total in advance and trigger effects if they hit the declared number.
10 tools and 5 traits related to this mechanic will be added.
3. Boss Patterns Adjusted Based on Game Packs
The final boss's combat patterns will vary depending on the selected game pack.
4. Update Cadence Announcement
Going forward, each game pack will consist of 60 tools. Updates will focus on adding one new game pack per update.
The update frequency is expected to be every two months.
Thank you.
