Update 1g

This update naming scheme has got to go.

• The first enemy of the level will not move, unless it is a charger.
• Hearts no longer spawn in tunnels after all secrets are collected.
• Dynamic tracks now return to the first loop on exiting and entering the level.

Thank you to the very enthusiastic speedrunners in the Discord for identifying these very crafty exploits. I love you.
