Here’s what’s included in v0.18203:
Performance Improvements - Gains were made for performance improvements when there are a lot of humans on screen at the same time, and more improvements were made to Beast/Building collision performance in this patch.
Building Remnants Polish - Building remnants are now damageable with non-projectile weapons. Blow a hole in the side and use it as a cover point! Improved physics makes pieces that have no support structure fall to the ground.
Brute Jank Pass - Mosquitoes can now be run through and be pushed away by players instead of preventing you from moving. Spiders' death effects have been improved, and their legs detach properly when shooting them off. Brutes no longer will spawn in the air on top of buildings in Colony Purge, and the other boss brute types (Prime Lamprey and Queen Mosquito) can now appear in Colony Purge zones.
Convergence Region Selection - As requested by players, we added the ability to change your search region in the Convergence interface to find more players. We also included a player count so you can see if anyone is actively playing. SPECIAL NOTE: The .exe name changed in this patch, so Windows Security or your Antivirus software may request permissions for network access again.
Fixed a bug where graphical settings would not always apply
Improved end of match gameplay flow so players aren’t ‘dying’ after the match ends.
Fixed bug where mission timers could go negative
Fixed Bat hologram playing wing flap sfx
Improved rubble spawning so the game doesn’t spawn rubble on top of metro entrances.
Misc UI and menu/text fixes
PSA - At the time of this patch, you'll notice that Australia is a selectable region. Note that there are actually NO Australian servers at this time.
Sincerely,
Team GSG
