CHANGELIST:
- Vehicles driving around the game world will no longer appear with their doors or trunks open.
- Fixed the Prison Transport system so that handcuffs are now properly returned after transporting prisoners.
- Optimized numerous models and assets across the city and its surrounding areas.
- Optimized several models and assets in the hotel, including its interior.
- Implemented numerous lighting improvements to enhance performance and visual quality.
