Hello, Chiefs!
Some time ago, we showed you the basics of handling case registrations - the room where citizens bring their reports, and where you decide what happens next.

Today, we’re returning to that room… but with a new focus. Because accepting a case is one thing - thoroughly checking it for mistakes is a whole different job.

With the magnifying glass you can inspect the details carefully. It costs energy, but sometimes a closer look is needed - dates, addresses, personal data or driver's licence numbers. One incorrect detail can invalidate an entire report…

Here’s an example of a correctly filled case report. Everything matches, all attachments are present - a case like this should be accepted and moved further into processing.

But not every citizen of Winston Springs is a master of paperwork. If the report contains errors - missing dates, wrong personal info, inconsistent descriptions or missing attachments - it must be rejected. And before you reject it, you need to mark exactly which mistakes the citizen made.
It’s a small step, but it keeps order in the documentation… and helps citizens understand what needs to be corrected.
