We wanted to share some details about the current development progress of Airsoft Online and give you a preview of what’s coming next.
From May 22 to May 25, you’ll once again be able to jump into the world of Airsoft Online during our third public playtest!
Players who participated in the previous playtest may notice that this update doesn’t introduce a huge amount of new content. The reason for this is simple: we are currently focused on developing one of the biggest missing features in the game, the Custom Loadout System.
We know that many of you have been waiting for this feature, and we’re excited to finally share the first details with you.
Custom Loadouts Are Coming
This feature will allow players to create fully customized loadouts including:
Primary and secondary weapons
Utility equipment
BB types
Weapon attachments
Internal upgrades
Perks
Our goal is to create a customization system inspired by real airsoft mechanics. Players will be able to modify internal parts such as springs, barrels, hop-up buckings, batteries, and more.
Not every feature will be available in the initial release, but the system will continue to expand with future updates.
Perks & Playstyles
Perks are designed to let you tailor your loadout to your personal playstyle.
Prefer aggressive, fast-paced gameplay? You might choose perks like:
Improved Endurance – Sprint for longer durations
Spawn Rush – Return to your spawn point faster
Want to maximize stealth or survivability? Perks like these may fit your style better:
Cheater – Absorb a small amount of initial damage
Ghost – Reduce footstep audio
We’ll share more information about the loadout system soon.
For now, we hope you enjoy Playtest #3 and continue sending us your feedback. Your ideas and suggestions help shape the future of Airsoft Online, so if you have concepts for the upcoming systems, let us know our Discord!
See you on the Airsoft Online playfield!
