Another small patch with some bug fixing and community requests.

Community Requests

Added an option to the Spectate UI "HUD + YOU". It only displays the abbreviated name over local players.
Optimized matchmaking queues a bit more.
Mac support for Rock Candy Xbox 360 controller.

Fixed a bug where you could fall into the platforms of The Enigma.
Fixed bug so that you can report and ignore people in matchmaking again.
Fixed a bug where the level select screen would spoil which random character you got in custom online.
Fixed a rare crash on game start.
Fixed a bug where using the mouse to select Random and then another Legend would cause that Legend to look like the random guy until locked in.
Fixed bug where the opponent would pop in frame for a second as the kill bubble was disappearing.
