Fixed Some Bugs
1. Fixed an issue where the construction panel images were displaying incorrectly.
2. Partially fixed a bug related to enemy spawns in danger zones.
3. Fixed a bug where ballista tower construction was incorrect.
4. Fixed an issue where ballista towers could not attack under certain conditions.
