Regarding the issue where Zenith Medals could not be obtained as clear rewards in Oni Mode of the dungeon Forest of Chaos Delirium, which was fixed on 7/10/2025 JST, we have sent compensation items based on the number of times Oni Mode was cleared with a rank of B or higher during the period the issue occurred.

Characters who cleared the dungeon Forest of Chaos Delirium in Oni Mode with a rank of B or higher during the period the issue occurred.

※Items will be delivered to an account's present box.
Gifts can be received by navigating to the [Menu] → [System] → [Present] screens.
※Compensation items will not be destributed on a specific schedule.
※If the presents have not yet received, logging in again will deliver the items to the present box.

Regarding the compensation based on the number of Summoner's Scroll - Kirigakure Saizo obtained, which was implemented during the maintenance on 7/10/2025 PDT, some characters did not receive the distribution.
Accordingly, we have redistributed the items to the applicable characters during this maintenance.
