World Mechanics Additions and Changes
- Starting rooms and NPCs configured at base for demo.
- Configured scrapper base build tree.
- Starting monster spawners and monster locations configured for demo. Working to balance spawning rules.
- Worked to balance demo resource distribution and scavenge difficulty. As a rule, piles such as trash, wreckage, rubble, and so forth are easier to scavenge than intact objects like a train car or building shell, but provide fewer resources.
- Added more studyable objects as a reward in harder-to-reach zones. Once studied, these provide path max levels in the shop.
- Viewing now provides stat exp and a prestige award.
- Rift closing is now a speed-only action (no skill check required).
Ability Mechanics Additions and Changes
- Populated all civilian and combat NPC foods in the cafe, such as Megaton Meatloaf or Plasma Potluck. Each civilian food boosts that NPC’s professional skill by one per food level (which is room level). Each combat food boosts the weapon proficiency or magic affinity associated with the NPC.
- The cafe jukebox now has several different music-based environmental-stat-boosting options, such as Primordial Pizzicato or Backstab Blues.

- The harvesting rooms now use biomass in upgrades.
- Corpse and growth refining can now add mana to base storage.
- The Illusionarium now handles all ten terrain training simulators and the searching training station.

- Rods now need composites, not metal.
- Health syringes now use redcap mushrooms.
- Rations now use berries.
- Added stamina restoration syringes.
Character Additions and Changes
