A small patch to fix issues related to steam:
- Bug Fix: Steam Achievements will now unlock alongside in game achievements
- Bug Fix: Torn knife cards will no longer work infinitely
- Bug Fix: Stamped Bows now correctly calculate their damage
- Unlocks steam achievement for any already unlocked in-game achievement
- Shy Dagger: Bonus damage increased from 2 to 8
- Fixes text going off of some cards in Chinese translation
