While looking into numerous custom 3D avatar solutions, we actually met the founder of SONIX at PAX East 2026 in Boston. He explained how they are continuing to evolve the 3D Avatar service that ReadyPlayerMe was providing. Now that their 3D avatars are live, I was able to very quickly implement their avatar solution to Fighters Forge.
To create your own avatar, simply download PULSAR (Voice Chat app) at sonix.gg, then create your Sonix profile & 3d Avatar. Once you are happy with your custom avatar, copy your avatar code from your profile.
Then on the Fighters Forge select screen, please R to open an avatar form. Type a name, paste your avatar code, use the dropdown menus to select your custom Fighter's voice, default moveset, & default element. Press the Add Avatar button and the select screen will refresh with the updated character select.
You can voice chat with friends on SONIX PULSAR and add their avatar codes to fight with & against their avatars!
