Hey everyone! You’ve read the title already (I assume…) so let’s cut to the chase:
SimplePlanes 2 is releasing into Early Access on April 28th!!
Fun fact: this is almost exactly two years after we posted our initial announcement trailer, which released on April 26th 2024. The game has come a very long way since then, and we’re really excited for you all to finally get to see first-hand what we’ve been working on for the past few years.
The game will be releasing on April 28th at **12 PM Central Time**, and will cost **$19.99 USD** plus a **10% launch discount down to $17.99 USD** if you get it within 14 days after release. We’re planning to gradually raise the price as we add more content throughout Early Access, so if you get it early you’ll be getting a neat discount. That being said, while we’re proud of the current state of the game, don’t be afraid to wait until full release if Early Access isn’t your thing; we understand!
If you haven’t already, please consider wishlisting the game!

Thank you all so much for your patience and support, it’s been so inspiring to see your enthusiasm for this game and we hope that what we’ve made will be worth the wait. Not too long now, we’ll see you in two weeks! <3
