A big quality of life feature that I simply did not have the time to finish before release, was the option to resume your run. This forced players up until this point to either push through to the end or until the game got the better of them. Anytime you needed to leave halfway through a run, you just had to abandon it. The game did save your experience and unlocks, but it's of course much more fun to see a (good) run through to the end!

So I am happy to report that this feature has now made it into the game! You can quit the game at virtually any point during your run and the game will simply pick up where it left off, or within a few seconds of it. This should make starting a new run a lot easier and less of a hassle, since you no longer need to ensure you have enough time to make it to the end.
