Most items are now available for re-purchase

-With the exception of a few mechanics and items that upset the balance, they can be purchased over and over again to stack their effects, so you can now build what you want more freely.
-Status panel refresh logic has been modified so that each status change triggers a series of numerical changes in characters and items, which are fed back to the player in real time.
