The player contacted me and described a crit. problem. The game was installed correctly, game menu loaded, after clicking on the demo level -> loading screen -> black screen and no DEMO LEVEL.
His Video card is a Geforce 3060 laptop.
My development is happening on a laptop with Geforce 3070 - and there are no such issues.
Moreover, I see people playing in the demo: https://steamdb.info/app/2846900/charts/
And at the community hub, I see some feedback from the players with loaded demo levels (at least their issues are not related to those mentioned above).
So I decided to create such a topic/announcement in the community hub to collect all critical issues.
Please share your PC/Laptop specs, so I can identify the root cause and find a solution.
