Polish phase start!

• Add a sound and a special effect when a plant activate a special power
• Same thing for each step of destruction of the cristal that contains the bonus seed
• Add some plant's attack sound
• Fix a abd behavior when selling plants ad optimize attacks
• Starting rework of the water surfaces shader
