Hotfix improving logging, objective clarity and trimming some memory overhead.

This hotfix adds some diagnostics and improved logging. Work is ongoing on a larger patch trying to tackle the various crashes and problems people are reporting.
Logs can be found at the following locations:
Windows - C:\\Users\\\\AppData\\Roaming\\sandustry\\logs\\main.log
Mac - /Users//Library/Logs/sandustry/main.log
Linux - /home//.config/sandustry/logs/main.log
The patch also has a few theoretical fixes and improvements:
The instructional videos now unmount properly to avoid decoder exhaustion.
The clouds rendered when steam condenses into rain now use much less memory.
When a factory tier is blocked by an objective it now shows why (translations pending) and special objectives are visually clearer to highlight it.
I also added a --sandustry-no-overlay-gpu-flags launch option (set it under Steam > right-click Sandustry > Properties > Launch Options) that might help prevent crashes. Note that this will likely make the Steam overlay stop working (achievements will continue to work).
